Fynbos Distillery @ Jolly Rooster in Stanford is a small, owner-run craft distillery and food-pairing venue hosted by Mike & GiGi. They create small-batch, hand-bottled spirits—including gins, witblits, rum, agave spirit, husk spirit (grappa), mampoer and liqueurs—under the slogan “From the Earth, to the Bottle”.Guests can enjoy an eight-product tasting, food pairings with Mediterranean/Portuguese themed dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere on the patio or inside the venue.
