Wolwekraal Nature Reserve which is situated 3km North of Prince Albert. The land was bought in 2005 by ecologist Dr. Sue Milton-Dean and her late husband, ornithologist Dr. WRJ Richard Dean to conserve, raise awareness and generate knowledge of biodiversity near Prince Albert in the Karoo.
